Before founding The Clark Technology Group, Alexander served as CIO of Direct Marketing Concepts, Inc. with responsibility for securing growth opportunities, developing a corporate technology roadmap and overall planning; Global Director, Lead Operations for the Capgemini Corporations, Executive Director, IT Infrastructure Services & Management at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and also as Director of IT Service Delivery for Atlanta Public Schools where he lead all aspects of IT project planning and delivery for the district in support of over 50,000 students, teachers and staff in more than 100 schools and properties.
Previously, Alexander held a number of IT management and leadership positions with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Research in Motion (maker of Blackberry) and the Harland Clarke Corporation.
Alexander has an undergraduate degree in Technology Management from Clayton State University, a graduate degree in Management from Troy University, a graduate degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland College Park, a graduate degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University and an advance specialized certificate in Intercultural Management from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, he is a Sarbanes-Oxley Trained Professional, ITIL foundations, certified Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt.
